- void OnLockChanged( int Cookie )
This function is called when the AttempLock() is finished. This can mean that the decoder is locked to a signal or has detected that no signal was present. (The client can identify this by calling dvbs_GetParams() ).
This function will also be called every time the signal lock disappears or reappears.
However, the decoder will continue trying to lock to a signal. If later on locking could take place, a dvbsN_OnLockChanged(cookie) is indicating this state change.
