    This interface indicates the availability of interfaces on a resource. This can change dynamically in case certain interfaces are not always provided. Typical example is availability of a TS demux API,which is only available in a digital usecase. There is 1 instance of this interface per resource. This interface can only be used in combination with IPlfApiResource<resource>InterfaceIds
